FACTS
Vide RTI dt nil appellant had sought information on 7 points relating to travel by officials in private airlines and related issues.
2. CPIO CBDT vide letter dt 10.4.13, transferred the RTI to ZAO, CBDT, Coimbatore.
3. An appeal was filed on 30.6.13 as ZAO Coimbatore did not provide any information.
4. AA vide order dt 10.7.13, enclosed a point wise response as received from ZAO Coimbatore.
Subsequently, CPIO CBDT New Delhi, vide letter dt 17.7.13, informed appellant that information in respect of points 3-5 was being collated and would be supplied. CPIO CBDT Coimbatore, vide letter dt 23.7.13, provided a response to query 3, 4 and 5.
