FACTS
Vide RTI dt 5.1.13, appellant had sought information on 3 points relating to audit report on the Nodal Centre, University Polytechnic and the subsequent 3 Member Enquiry Committee constituted to look into the matter.
2. An appeal was filed on 19.2.13, as no response was provided.
3. CPIO vide letter dt 25.2.13, informed the appellant that information sought in query no.1 and 2 cannot be provided at this stage as the matter is under investigation/examination.
4. An appeal was filed on 28.2.13.
5. AA vide order dt 1.4.13, observed that the special audit report/fact finding report is under consideration of the competent authority and the report will be provided as and when a final decision is taken.
