Information Commissioner : Shri Sharat Sabharwal In this case, the Appellant had requested the CPIO, Ministry of youth Affairs  and Sports, Govt. of India on 22nd July 2013 to provide information on eight points.  The  CPIO responded to some points, while transferring the remaining queries to the Jump  Rope Federation of India (JRFI).   The appellant not having received the remaining  information within the prescribed time limit, preferred on appeal to FAA on 27.8.2013
