Vide RTI dt 20.3.12, appellant had sought information on two points relating to teaching/non-teaching staff, their qualifications etc of Alok Vigyan Mahavidyalaya, Ajmer.
2. An appeal was filed on 27.4.12, wherein it was mentioned that the PIO UGC New Delhi had transferred the RTI to Regional Office, Bhopal, who in turn, transferred it to Alok Vigyan University. No information was provided by the said University.
3. In the absence of the appellant and public authority, it is not clear as to whether the concerned University has provided a response. DECISION
4. The Commission directs PIO, UGC, New Delhi to ascertain the position from their Regional Office, Bhopal, and provide a response to the appellant within ten days from date of receipt of the order under intimation to the Commission. The appeal is disposed of.
