Heard on 30.6.14.  Appellant present along with Dr.Surya Dev Rana.  Public  Authority is represented by Shri Manoj Kumar, Supdt. and two other officials.

2. The Appellant filed an RTI application dt.16.6.11 with the PIO, Education  Dept.,   GNCTD   seeking   information   against   five   points   with   regarding   to  upgradation in pay scale of various cadres etc .  The PIO replied on 12.7.11 (Copy  not enclosed).  The Appellate Authority vide his order dt.26.8.11 disposed of the  first   appeal   (Copy   not   enclosed)   directing   the   PIO   to   provide   the   required  information.  On not receiving any further reply, the Appellant filed a second appeal  before CIC.
