The Appellant was present at the NIC Studio, Agra.   However, on account of a  technical problem, he was heard through audio­conferencing.   No one was present on behalf of the Respondents. Information Commissioner : Shri Sharat Sabharwal This matter pertains to an RTI application dated 8.4.2013 filed by the Appellant,  seeking  information   on  three  points.    It  came   up  before  us  today.    We note  that  the  Appellant has sought some information regarding the account of a third party with the  Respondent Bank.  He submitted that he needs this information to enforce certain claims  against the third party.  No one was present on behalf of the Respondents in spite of a  written notice having been sent to them.  We consider it necessary to hear them before  passing a final order in this case.  Accordingly, the Registry is directed to resched
