The Appellant filed an RTI application dt.26.3.13 with the PIO, Rao Tula  Ram Memorial Hospital seeking information against eleven points Vide respect  to   Cleaning   staff   employed   in   the   hospital.     The   PIO   replied   on   22.4.13  furnishing point wise information.  Not satisfied with the reply, the Appellant filed  an appeal dt.10.5.13 with the Appellate Authority.  The Appellate Authority vide  his order dt.7.6.13 directed PIO to provide information against points 3, 6, 8 and  9 within seven days.  The PIO complied with the order of the Appellate Authority  vide   letter   dt.13.6.13.     Being
