The Appellant filed an RTI application dt.19.12.12 with the PIO, Revenue  Dept.,   GNCTD   seeking   information   regarding   issue   of   OBC   certificate   to  residents of Delhi. The PIO replied on 12.2.13.  Not satisfied with the reply, the  Appellant filed an appeal dt.6.3.13 with the Appellate Authority.  The Appellate  Authority vide order dt.1.4.13 directed the PIO to give a fresh and clear reply  within three weeks.   On not receiving any reply, the Appellant filed a second  appeal dt.1.8.13 before CIC.
