2. The Appellant filed an RTI application dt.7.12.12 with the PIO, Revenue  Dept., GNCTD seeking information against five points Viz ATR on his Complaint  dated 07­12­2012 etc.  On not receiving any reply, the Appellant filed an appeal  dt.27.2.13 with the Appellate Authority reiterating his request for the information.  The Appellate Authority disposed of the appeal vide order dt.2.4.13 directing the  PIO to transfer the RTI application to SDM (Saraswati Vihar) as the same does  not fall within the jurisdiction of SDM (Model Town).  Still not receiving any reply,  the Appellant filed a second appeal before CIC.
