2. The  Appellant   filed  an  RTI   application  dt.24.1.13  with  the  PIO,   DTTE  seeking information against four points Vide respect to Complaint dated 14­12­ 2012  etc.     The   PIO  replied   on  26.2.13  enclosing   the   point   wise  information  dt.15.2.13   furnished   by   Shri   P.R.Gupta.     Not   satisfied   with   the   reply,   the  Appellant filed an appeal dt.22.6.13 with the Appellate Authority.  The Appellate  Authority disposed of the appeal vide order dt.18.7.13.  Being aggrieved with the  reply, the Appellant filed a second appeal dt.12.
