2. The   Appellant   filed   an   RTI   application   dt.21.3.13   with   the   PIO,  Directorate   of   Health   Services   seeking   information   with   regard   to   his  representation   dt.29.3.10.     The   PIO   replied   on   22.4.13   enclosing   the   reply  dt.16.4.13 furnished by Dr.P.K.Malik who stated that as per their computerized  record no such letter for reimbursement has been received.  Not satisfied with  the reply, the Appellant filed an appeal dt.28.5.13 with the Appellate Authority.  The Appellate Authority disposed of the appeal vide order
