2. The Appellant filed an RTI application dt.1.7.13 with the PIO, Revenue  Dept.,   GNCTD   seeking   information   against   seven   points   with   regard   to   a  complaint dt.1.5.13 and 25.5.13 regarding a highly polluting paper cutting unit.  On   not   receiving   any   reply,   the   Appellant   filed   an   appeal   dt.4.8.13  with   the  Appellate   Authority   and   still   not   receiving   any   reply   filed   a   second   appeal  dt.16.9.13 before CIC.
