2. The   Appellant   filed   an   RTI   application   dt.5.7.13   with   the   President,  Managing   Committee   of   Sanmanya   Co­op   Group   Housing   Society   seeking  information against forty three points.  On not receiving any reply, the Appellant  filed an appeal dt.3.8.13 with the Appellate Authority.   Still not receiving any  reply, he filed a second appeal dt.9.9.13 before CIC.

3. During   the   hearing,   the   Representative   of   Society   submitted   that  complete information has been provided.

4. The Commission observes that the information sought by the appellant  is from the Society and the First Appellant Authority of RCS under Section 139  of DCS Act. The Commission
