2. The   Appellant   filed   an   RTI   application   dt.11.6.13   with   the   PIO,   RCS,  GNCTD seeking information against five points Viz List of the candidate who  filled up the nomination for the new management election of president, vice­ president   etc.     On   not   receiving   any   reply,   the   Appellant   filed   an   appeal  dt.16.7.13 with the Appellate Authority.  Still not receiving any reply, the Appellant  filed a second appeal dt.20.8.13 before CIC.

3. During the hearing, the Respondent submitted that no documents were  received by him.
