  Information Commissioner : Shri Sharat Sabharwal This matter pertains to an RTI application dated 31.01.2013 filed by the Appellant,  seeking   information   regarding   a   locker.      Not   satisfied   with   the   response   of   the  Respondents, the Appellant approached the CIC in second appeal on 10.09.2013.

2. In this connection, we have received a communication dated 06.08.2014 from the  Appellant,   stating   that   he   has   been   provided   all   the   requisite   information   by   the  Respondents and as such he does not wish to pursue his appeal. In the circumstances,  the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

3. Copies of this order be given free of cost to the parties.        Sd/­
