Heard on 14.10.14.  Appellant present.  Respondent is represented by Shri  Manoj Kumar.

2. The appellant filed RTI application on 22.10.2013 seeking information with  regard   to  whether   a  teacher   is   treated  to  perform  official   duty   when  he/she   is  performing   election   duty,   census   duty   or   transferred   in   summer   vacation   and  relived from the  school  and asked  to join  new  school;  if  answer  is  in negative  whether any action taken under CCS rules against those who does not join new  school   in   summer   vacation.   PIO   on   7.11.2013   replied   that   the   information   is  clarificatory in nature, which does not cover under section 2(f) of the RTI Act, 2005
