2. The appellant filed RTI application dt Nil seeking information with regard to  whether   a  teacher   in  summer   vacation  is   entitled   to  transport   allowance  when  he/she is performing election duty, census duty or transferred & asked to join new  school and perform any other duty given to him by the department; if answer is in  negative  give the attested copy of the circular/order of the competent authority on  which   the reply is based. PIO replied on 18.7.2013. Being unsatisfied with the  information provided, the appellant preferred First Appeal. FAA disposed of the  appeal   on   19
