2. We heard both the parties.

3. In   two   separate   RTI   applications,   the   Appellant   had   sought   some  information   relating   to   the   empanelment  of   officers   for   the   post   of   Member  Central Board of Direct Taxes for the year 2012­13. Quite belatedly, the CPIO  had provided him some information. Not satisfied with the information provided  by the CPIO, he had preferred an appeal. The Appellate Authority had directed  the CPIO to provide some more information, which, it seems the CPIO provided  CIC/SM/A/2013/000346 & 435

to the Appellant.
