2. We heard the Respondent.

3. In   his   RTI   application,   the   Appellant   had   wanted   to   know   about   the  number of people, not employees of the SEBI, who had been examined by the  vigilance cell  either by calling them  to the office or through  a questionnaire  between 1 January 2009 to 30 June 2012. The CPIO had informed him that the  vigilance cell did not maintain any such database. Not satisfied with this reply,  CIC/SM/A/2013/900330
