2. We heard both the parties.

3. At the outset, the Appellant submitted that he was no longer interested in  pressing  these  appeals  in   view   of   the   fact   that   he   needed  this  information  earlier in connection with some cases pending before the Central Administrative  Tribunal. Now that the Tribunal has already decided the matter, he submitted  that he no longer needed the information.

4. In view of the above, we dispose of these appeals without any further  direction.
