1. Appellant through his RTI application sought for date of registration and date on which his house sold, details of all documents concerning his property. Having received no reply from the PIO within prescribed time, the appellant made First Appeal. First Appellate Authority directed the PIO to provide information. On noncompliance of FAA order, appellant approach the Commission through this present second appeal. Proceedings Before the Commission:
2. The appellant is not present. The Public Authority made their submissions. The respondents have submitted that on the basis of the details given by the appellant, it is not possible to provide the information about the registration of his house. The CIC/SA/A/2014/001627 Page 1 appellant has been offered inspection, but he never turned up. The respondent further stated that he did not find any Will, GPA or sale deed pertaining to the house of the appellant. Madipur division of Delhi in which the appellant's house is existing, does not fall within the jurisdiction of SRI. But they can get the information for the appellant if the details like date of registration, name of the seller, volume number, or any other details available with the appellant are provided to them. The Commission, accordingly, advises the appellant to furnish the details sought by the SRI who shall provide the information, if the details are sufficient, within 15 days from the date of receipt of the details from the appellant. The appeal is disposed of.
