1. Appellant through his RTI application sought for status of Complaint made against  Sheo Chand & Daya Chand and what action taken till date. Having received no reply  from the PIO within prescribed time, the appellant made First Appeal. First Appellate  Authority directed the PIO to provide information. On non­compliance of FAA order,  appellant approached the Commission through this present second appeal. Appellant through his RTI application sought status of khasra no 610.290, details of the  share in that khasra no, detail of documents filed by Mr Sheo Chand to get mutation,  date of mutation etc. Having received no reply from the PIO within prescribed time, the  appellant   made   First   Appeal.   First   Appellate   Authority   directed   the   PIO   to   provide  information.   On  non­compliance  of   FAA  order,   appellant   approach  the  Commission  through this present second appeal.
