2.   Appellant sought certified copy of meter reading book for pocket no B­5, Sector 5,  Rohini from 15.5.2015 to 11.7.2013, name & designation of person who do the reading of  the   water   meter   and   certify   it,   details   of   how   &   why   supply   &   consumption   of   water  increased   during   the     said   period   etc.     CPIO   replied   on   18.9.2014   (not   enclosed).  Unsatisfied with the PIO reply, appellant made first appeal.  Fist appellate authority directed  CIC/SA/A/2014/901838 Page 1 the Dy. Director (Rev), N, NW & ZRO(R) NW­II to examine the meter record properly.  In  case of heavy fluctuation of consumption action to be taken to rectify.   Unsatisfied with the  FAA order, appellant approached the Commission.
