Shri Raghav Malik of Lall & Sethi Advocates, New Delhi, hereinafter called the appellant, has filed the present appeal dated 12.3.2012 before the Commission against the respondent Trade Marks Registry for not providing information in response to his RTI-application dated 13.10.2011. The appellant was represented by Shri Pankaj Aseri whereas the respondent were represented by Shri K. Saravanan.
2. The appellant through his RTI application dated 13.10.2011 sought information on four queries in respect of Opposition 726898 by Aktieselskabet of 21.11.2001 to Application No. 1422420 - Trade Mark Frank & Jones in class 25 in the name of Eurore Apparels India Pvt. Ltd.
