FACTS
Vide RTI dt 21.3.13, appellant had sought information on 3 points relating to change over from Contributory Provident Scheme to Pension Scheme.
2. PIO vide letter dt 1.5.13, informed the appellant that the information may be sought from the Vidyalaya office where the incumbent was posted earlier during 1988-89.
3. An appeal was filed on 11.6.13 (copy not available).
4. AA vide order dt 30.8.13 observed that the PIO apart from informing the appellant, had sent a copy of the RTI to the Principal concerned with directions to provide the required information. AA directed PIO KVS RO Kolkata to provide a response within 15 days.
