Shri Ashok Gupta, the appellant, has filed the present appeal dated 28.8.2012 before the Commission against the respondent Delhi Police, West District for providing incomplete information in response to his RTI-application dated 28.5.2012. The appellant was present, whereas the respondent were represented by Dr. Eish Singhal, ACP, Shri Shalender Tomar, SHO/Moti Nagar, Shri Mukesh Kumar, SI, Shri Chandra Shekhar, SI and Shri Mahavir Singh, Head Constable.

The appellant, through his RTI application dated 28.5.2012 sought action taken report on the complaint of Shri Gurudev Singh of Shop No. 23, Arya Samaj Mandir, Moti Nagar against Vinod Kumar Bharara for allegedly lifting some materials from his shop. The CPIO vide letter No. ID-1451/12/4239/West District dated 26.6.2012 provided a copy of the enquiry report in which it was found that the matter was related to money transaction between the parties, which was of civil in nature and the complaint has been filed. 2 Case No. CIC/SS/A/2012/003011
