2. We heard the Respondent.

We   had   already   heard   this   appeal   earlier   on   8   May   2013  (CIC/SM/A/2012/001924)   and   had   directed   the   CPIO   to   provide   some  information.   Today,   the   respondent   submitted   that,   in   compliance   with   our  order,   the   CPIO   had   already   provided   the   information   to   the   Appellant.  Therefore,  there is  nothing more  to  be done  in  the  case.  It   is disposed  off  accordingly.
