2. Both the parties made their submissions. The complainant submitted that his colleagues in the school, are cooking up the complaints against him and giving to the Principal of the school, due to which he is always under tension. The respondent authority submitted that the complainant has filed several RTI applications. His RTI applications are hypothetical and are not in the nature of seeking information. The School had suspended him on 3092014, as he marked the attendance for a student as present, and in fact that student met with an accident and did not attend the school. The Complainant is in the habit of filing an RTI application for every small matter.
